I have chronic pain from a previous back injury. I had a grade 2 strain on my left hip and lower back. I since have horrible pain when I sit for too long. This cushion has allowed me to work longer after my injury! I believe it is well made too and is very comfy for me. I am 5”8’ and 153 lbs and it fits me well. It did not eliminate my pain fully but it does help me go longer sitting! If I go on a car trip then I will definitely bring this along too. I have used it for 2 weeks now.
